These terms govern your use of CLIPFARM, a product of Merl ("we", "us"). By creating an account or submitting a VOD for processing, you agree to them.
CLIPFARM processes stream VODs you submit from supported platforms (currently Twitch and Kick) and produces short vertical clips with scores and captions. Processing time varies with VOD length and queue load; it is not guaranteed.
You must own, or have the rights to process, any VOD you submit — for most streamers that means submitting your own broadcasts. Clips generated from your VODs are yours. We claim no ownership over your streams or the clips we cut from them, and we process your VODs only to provide the service.
Usage is measured in VOD hours: one VOD hour covers one hour of footage processed. Free-trial hours are one-time and produce watermarked exports. Subscription hours (Creator, Grinder) refresh monthly and do not roll over; top-up hours never expire. If a job fails outright, the hours it consumed are refunded automatically. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the billing period.
Generated clips remain downloadable in full quality for 30 days after a job completes, after which they may be deleted. Download anything you want to keep.
Don't submit content you have no rights to, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to produce unlawful material. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service is provided "as is"; clip selection and scoring are automated judgments and carry no guarantee of virality or fitness for a particular purpose.
